Refund & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with YOLOZ STORE. We are committed to providing a smooth and transparent experience for all our customers, both in India and around the world.
Domestic Orders (India)
We offer both returns and exchanges under the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The item must be in its original condition — unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
- A clear photo or video of the product in its received condition is required.
- The exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Exchanges will only be processed after the product is received and passes our quality inspection.
How to Initiate an Exchange
Email us at support@yolozstore.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Please include:
- Your order details.
- A clear unboxing video or product condition video/photo.
Once your exchange is approved:
- We’ll arrange a reverse pickup.
- After the item is received and inspected, we’ll dispatch the replacement.
- A ₹200 exchange fee will be deducted to cover logistics.
Damages & Issues
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will take full responsibility.
Please contact us immediately at support@yolozstore.com with a clear unboxing video or photo proof.
We will arrange a free exchange or refund in the bank at no additional cost.
Refunds
At Yoloz Store, returns of undamaged products are accepted which must be requested within 3 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging. Approved returns are refunded only as Yoloz Store Credit Points (no cash or bank refunds), which can be used to purchase any product on Yoloz Store and are non-transferable. Store Credit Points will be credited within 5 days after the returned item passes inspection. Yoloz Store reserves the right to approve or reject return requests based on product condition. The customer would’ve to pay for the shipping of the product/products to our warehouse
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds are typically processed within 15 business days of approval.
- Taxes and duties paid during purchase are non-refundable.

International Orders
We do not accept returns on international orders due to high shipping and customs costs. All international sales are final.
We do allow international exchanges under the following terms:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, with tags, and in original packaging.
- You must initiate the exchange within 3 days of receiving the order.
- Email us at support@yolozstore.com with your order details and a clear video or photo of the item.
- You will be required to ship the product back to our warehouse in Vancouver, Canada, at your own expense.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, the replacement product will be shipped.
Please note:
- All shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
- We recommend reviewing the size chart carefully before placing your order.
- If you’re unsure about sizing or product details, feel free to contact us before purchasing.
- No exchanges are accepted for customised products.
